Terms & Conditions

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Our learning platform, Wise, maintains its own privacy policy governing information processed through its platform, which can be reviewed here.
Welcome to College Planning Partnerships, LLC (“CPP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our tutoring and educational services. These Terms apply to services offered by College Planning Partnerships, LLC and programs operated under College Planning Partnerships, LLC, including All Girls’ Prep. References to “College Planning Partnerships” or “CPP” throughout these Terms include these programs unless otherwise stated.
By enrolling in our services, scheduling tutoring sessions, purchasing a tutoring package or course, or otherwise engaging with College Planning Partnerships, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all educational services provided by College Planning Partnerships, including, but not limited to, one-on-one tutoring, small-group tutoring, standardized test preparation, academic tutoring, educational consulting, courses, and any online platforms or resources we use to deliver our services.
If a student is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on the student’s behalf and is responsible for ensuring the student’s compliance with them.
1. Our Services
College Planning Partnerships provides personalized educational support designed to help students achieve their academic goals. Our services may include one-on-one tutoring, group tutoring, standardized test preparation, academic subject tutoring, educational consulting, practice testing, and related educational services.
We strive to provide high-quality instruction tailored to each student’s individual needs. Tutoring is a collaborative process that depends on many factors, including student attendance, participation, effort, and independent practice. As a result, College Planning Partnerships cannot guarantee any particular academic outcome, test score, grade improvement, scholarship, or college admission result.
We reserve the right to modify, update, add, or discontinue services, programs, or offerings at any time.
2. Scheduling & Attendance
College Planning Partnerships works closely with each student and family to develop a tutoring schedule that supports the student’s academic goals while accommodating the availability of both the student and the tutor.
While we make every effort to maintain a consistent tutoring schedule, session times are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that a particular tutor, day, or time will remain available indefinitely.
Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled session. This includes having any requested materials, assignments, calculators, or other required resources readily available.
If a student arrives late, the session will end at its originally scheduled time unless otherwise agreed upon by College Planning Partnerships. Late arrivals do not automatically extend the session length or reduce the session fee.
If a student repeatedly arrives late, misses scheduled sessions, or is consistently unprepared in a manner that significantly limits the effectiveness of tutoring, College Planning Partnerships reserves the right to review the student’s program and, if necessary, recommend adjustments to the tutoring schedule or discontinue services.
From time to time, College Planning Partnerships may recommend changes to a student’s tutoring schedule, session length, tutor assignment, or program based on the student’s progress, scheduling needs, or educational goals. Any such recommendations will be discussed with the student and/or parent or guardian before implementation.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations arise and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate scheduling changes whenever possible. We ask that students and families extend the same courtesy to our tutors.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a tutoring session without penalty, we require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.
Late Cancellations
If a tutoring session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the client will be charged $60.
We recognize that genuine emergencies and unexpected illnesses may occur. In these situations, College Planning Partnerships may, at its sole discretion, waive the late cancellation fee.
No-Call, No-Show
A no-call, no-show occurs when a student fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session, does not communicate with their tutor or College Planning Partnerships, and has not joined or arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
In the event of a no-call, no-show, the full session fee will be charged.
Repeated late cancellations, no-call, no-shows, or excessive rescheduling requests may result in College Planning Partnerships declining future scheduling requests or discontinuing services.
Tutor Cancellations
If a tutor must cancel a scheduled session, College Planning Partnerships will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time or provide a qualified substitute tutor when appropriate.
4. Payment
Payment for tutoring services is due in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment or purchase. Payment terms may vary depending on the type of service purchased, including individual tutoring sessions, tutoring packages, courses, or other educational programs.
Clients are required to maintain a valid payment method on file. College Planning Partnerships securely stores payment information through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store complete credit card information on our own servers.
By enrolling in our services, clients authorize College Planning Partnerships to charge the payment method on file for scheduled tutoring sessions, applicable cancellation or no-call, no-show fees, and any outstanding balances owed under these Terms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their payment information remains current. If a payment cannot be processed, College Planning Partnerships reserves the right to pause or discontinue services until the outstanding balance has been resolved.
Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before additional tutoring sessions, courses, or other educational services may be scheduled or provided.
If a client disputes or reverses a legitimate charge through their financial institution (“chargeback”) without first contacting College Planning Partnerships to attempt to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to suspend services while the dispute is pending. We encourage clients to contact us directly with any billing questions so we can work toward a prompt resolution.
College Planning Partnerships reserves the right to adjust pricing for future services at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect services that have already been purchased or prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Refunds
College Planning Partnerships is committed to providing high-quality educational services. If you have questions or concerns about your tutoring program, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can work together to find an appropriate solution.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of College Planning Partnerships. If a refund is needed for a canceled session, that session is canceled before the 24-hour mark, and the session will not be rescheduled, you will receive a refund of the cost of the session less the associated Stripe fees.
Refunds will not be issued for tutoring sessions or educational services that have already been completed.
If a tutoring package or course includes unused prepaid services, any approved refund will be calculated in accordance with College Planning Partnerships’ refund policy in effect at the time of the request.
If College Planning Partnerships is unable to provide the agreed-upon services and no reasonable alternative can be arranged, we may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that may apply under applicable law.
6. Tutor Assignments
College Planning Partnerships carefully matches each student with a tutor based on the student’s academic needs, learning style, goals, scheduling availability, and other relevant factors. While we strive to make the best possible match, no specific tutor is guaranteed.
From time to time, it may be necessary or beneficial to change a student’s tutor due to scheduling conflicts, tutor availability, staffing changes, or educational considerations. When appropriate, we will make every reasonable effort to discuss these changes with the student and/or parent or guardian in advance.
If a student or family believes a different tutor would be a better fit, we encourage open communication. While we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific tutor, we will make reasonable efforts to identify an alternative when appropriate.
7. Student & Guardian Responsibilities
College Planning Partnerships believes that successful tutoring is a collaborative partnership between the student, parent or guardian, and tutor. To help ensure the best possible educational experience, we ask that all participants fulfill the following responsibilities.
Student Responsibilities
Attend scheduled sessions on time and be prepared to participate.
Bring any requested materials, assignments, calculators, or other necessary resources.
Actively engage in tutoring sessions and complete assigned work to the best of their ability.

College Planning Partnerships is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, threats, intimidation, or other inappropriate behavior directed toward tutors, staff, or other students will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of services.
8. Educational Materials
College Planning Partnerships provides students with a combination of original educational materials and third-party educational resources.
Materials created by College Planning Partnerships, including but not limited to lesson plans, customized study plans, tutor-created resources, original worksheets, practice problems, study guides, presentations, written explanations, course materials, and other original instructional content, are the intellectual property of College Planning Partnerships.
College Planning Partnerships may also use educational materials, questions, assessments, resources, trademarks, or other content owned by third parties, including organizations such as College Board and ACT. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted by the applicable owner, license, terms of use, or law. College Planning Partnerships does not claim ownership of third-party materials.
Materials provided to students are for the enrolled student’s personal educational use. College Planning Partnerships-owned materials may not be reproduced, distributed, published, sold, shared outside the student’s immediate household, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from College Planning Partnerships. Third-party materials remain subject to any additional restrictions imposed by their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of College Planning Partnerships’ intellectual property or any third-party intellectual property to the client.
9. Educational Outcomes
College Planning Partnerships is committed to providing high-quality, individualized educational support designed to help students reach their academic goals. College Planning Partnerships does not guarantee admission to any school, college, university, scholarship program, or other academic opportunity.
Because every student is unique, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to improvements in grades, standardized test scores, class rank, scholarships, college admissions, or other academic achievements. Student success depends on many factors outside of our control, including attendance, effort, motivation, prior knowledge, independent practice, school instruction, and testing conditions.
Our tutors provide guidance, instruction, feedback, and support. While we strive to help every student achieve meaningful progress, past performance and previous student results do not guarantee future outcomes.
10. Suspension & Termination of Services
College Planning Partnerships is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment for all students, families, tutors, and staff.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate tutoring services at our discretion if a client or student:
Fails to make required payments.
Repeatedly violates these Terms & Conditions or other applicable College Planning Partnerships policies.
Engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward tutors, staff, or other students.
Repeatedly fails to attend scheduled sessions, engages in excessive late cancellations or no-call, no-shows, or otherwise prevents the tutoring relationship from being effective.
Engages in academic dishonesty, fraud, or other conduct that materially interferes with our ability to provide services.
Whenever reasonably possible, College Planning Partnerships will make a good-faith effort to address concerns with the student and/or parent or guardian before suspending or terminating services. However, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services when necessary to protect the safety, well-being, or interests of our students, tutors, staff, or business.
Clients may discontinue tutoring services at any time, subject to any applicable payment, cancellation, or refund policies outlined in these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
College Planning Partnerships is committed to providing high-quality educational services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, College Planning Partnerships, its owners, employees, tutors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to College Planning Partnerships for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by College Planning Partnerships shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Montana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
College Planning Partnerships may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable laws.
The most current version of these Terms will be made available to clients. Continued use of our services after any updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
